Pecta Smoke

Pecta Smoke meets the requirements for production of smoked or non-smoked semi-dry sausages and cold smoked raw sausages. Pecta Smoke has selective permeability to smoke components and water vapour to allow manufacturing of various groups of meat products traditionally made in natural, collagen, fibrous or cellulose-based casings.
